Morgan's Motor Works Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all work carried out by Morgan's Motor Works.
By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
Quotations
All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.
If additional faults or unforeseen issues are discovered during repair, any additional work and costs will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Quotations are generally valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Deposits
A deposit may be required before parts are ordered.
Deposits are normally non-refundable once parts have been purchased specifically for your vehicle unless the supplier accepts the return without charge.
Payments
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Accepted payment methods include:

Bank transfer

Debit/Credit Card

Cash (where agreed)
Late payment may result in recovery action.
Parts
Morgan's Motor Works uses quality OE or OE-equivalent parts from reputable suppliers unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Customer-supplied parts may be fitted at our discretion.
No warranty can be provided on customer-supplied parts.
Labour associated with replacing faulty customer-supplied parts remains chargeable.
Additional Repairs
Occasionally further faults may become apparent once work has begun.
No additional repairs will be carried out without customer approval unless immediate action is required to make the vehicle safe.
Mobile Working
Work is carried out at the customer's chosen location where it is considered safe and practical.
Morgan's Motor Works reserves the right to refuse or postpone work where:

The vehicle cannot be worked on safely.

Weather conditions make work unsafe.

Adequate space is unavailable.

The ground is unsuitable.

Access is restricted.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

The vehicle is legally accessible.

Keys are available.
-
Adequate working space is provided.

Any security codes are supplied where necessary.
Warranty
Labour is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of repair.
Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty does not apply where failure results from:

Misuse
-
Accident damage
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Failure of unrelated components
-
Customer-supplied parts
Warranty claims must be reported as soon as reasonably possible.
Diagnostics
Vehicle diagnostics identify faults using professional diagnostic equipment together with testing procedures.
A diagnostic session does not guarantee that every fault can be identified during the initial inspection.
Some faults require further dismantling or specialist testing.
Diagnostic charges remain payable regardless of whether repairs are subsequently undertaken.
Service Information
Vehicle servicing is completed in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance schedule where applicable.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring servicing is carried out at the appropriate intervals.
Liability
Morgan's Motor Works accepts no responsibility for:

Existing faults not related to the work undertaken

Failures caused by previously damaged or excessively worn components

Delays resulting from unavailable parts or circumstances beyond reasonable control
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellation
Appointments should be cancelled with as much notice as possible.
Deposits relating to special-order parts may not be refundable.
Morgan's Motor Works reserves the right to cancel or rearrange appointments due to illness, adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
